1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated as you use the Service, and limited information from third-party services you authorize.
Account information
- Name, email address and authentication identifiers.
- Profile attributes such as age range, sex, height and weight.
- Goals you set, such as target calories, weight or activity level.
Fitness and nutrition data
- Workouts, sets, reps, durations and routines you log.
- Calorie targets, macro breakdowns, water intake and habits.
- Streaks, daily check-ins and progress history.
Food logs and uploaded images
- Meals you log manually, scan, or capture as a photo for AI recognition.
- Images you upload may be processed by our AI providers to estimate calories and macros. Images are processed to deliver the feature and are not used for advertising.
Purchase and subscription information
- Subscription status, plan tier and renewal state, provided by Google Play (and, in the future, Apple App Store). We do not receive your full payment card details.
- Receipts and transaction identifiers needed to validate access.
Device and usage information
- Device model, operating system, app version, language and crash diagnostics.
- Aggregated, de-identified usage analytics to improve the product.
2. How we use your information
- To operate and personalize core features (tracking, coaching, streaks).
- To provide AI-generated guidance, recognition and recommendations.
- To validate purchases, manage subscriptions and prevent abuse.
- To debug, secure, and improve the Service.
- To respond to your support requests and legal obligations.
3. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the Service, which may include authentication, cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting and AI inference providers. These providers process data only on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards.
Subscriptions and payments are processed by the relevant app store (Google Play, Apple App Store) under their own terms.
4. Data retention
We retain account and fitness data for as long as your account is active. Logs and diagnostics are retained for shorter periods needed to operate the Service. When your account is deleted, your personal data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period (see below), unless retention is required by law.
5. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time inside the app via Settings > Account > Delete Account, or by emailing support@fitlyai.online. See /delete-account for full details.
6. Your choices and rights
- Access, correct or export your information from inside the app.
- Delete your account and associated personal data.
- Depending on your region, you may have additional rights under applicable laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA). Contact us to exercise them.
7. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s privacy
Fitly AI is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or the website. The “Last updated” date above shows when this policy was last revised.
