Account and login
Trouble signing in, resetting your password, or switching the email on your account? Email us with the address you used to sign up and a short description of the issue, and we will help you get back in.
Subscription and managing your plan
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. To upgrade, downgrade, or cancel, open your App Store or Google Play account, find Fitly AI in your subscriptions, and choose the option you want. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Delete your account
You can delete your Fitly AI account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account inside the app. If you cannot access the app, email us from your account address and ask us to delete it. Personal data is removed from active systems within 30 days.
Food scan issues
If a food scan is missing items, suggesting the wrong dish, or returning a calorie estimate that looks off, try retaking the photo with better lighting and the full plate in frame. You can always edit the result and adjust portion size before saving. AI estimates are approximations, not exact measurements.
AI Coach issues
If the AI Coach is slow, returns an error, or gives a response that does not make sense, try sending the message again or rephrasing it. If voice input is not working, check that microphone permission is enabled for Fitly AI in your device settings.
Camera permissions
Meal scanning, the Glow self-care scan, and form-guidance features need camera access. If the camera screen is black or the app says permission is denied, open your device Settings, find Fitly AI, and enable Camera. You can revoke this at any time.
App Store billing
All charges, refunds, and receipts are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. For refund requests, use reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or play.google.com/store/account (Google). If you need help locating a charge, email us with the order ID and we will point you to the right place.
